GYMNASIUM
Located directly on campus, the Gymnasium Building has two different-sized gyms and a swimming pool available for sporting events or classes.
Home to our NCAA Division II SF Gators, this multi-use space is ideal for a variety of activities. The Main Gym can be configured in the following manner:
- Basketball – one NCAA full length court or two short courts
- Volleyball – one NCAA full length court or two side by side courts
- Indoor Soccer – one court
- Martial Arts Tournaments
- Assemblies
- Graduation Celebrations

The Small Gym consists of one non-collegiate-sized basketball court or two shorter courts. There are no bleachers within Small Gym. This multi-activity space can be used for the following:
- Basketball - one non-collegiate court or two short courts
- Volleyball - one NCAA full length court or two short courts
- Indoor Soccer - one court
- Badminton - Five net courts
- Martial Arts Tournaments
- Assemblies
- Graduation Celebrations

Men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and changing areas are located in the Gymnasium Building. Locker rooms are only available as additional spaces in conjunction with other gym facility rentals.
MASHOUF WELLNESS CENTER
This striking new building located at the corner of Lake Merced and Font Boulevard opened in 2017. A variety of spaces are available for hosting sporting events or classes.
The Mashouf Wellness Center’s MAC Gym is a multi-use facility which supports basketball, badminton, volleyball, indoor soccer, and more, while doubling as a special event space! The walls in the MAC Gym are built with sound dampening technology, which minimizes the echo from activities in and above this space. MAC Gym is available for reservations by qualified groups when not in use by the Campus Recreation department. Mashouf Wellness Center’s staff have a variety of available equipment for special events including tarps, mats, tables, chairs, and microphones.

The Two-Court Gym at Mashouf Wellness Center houses open recreation and intramural sports. The large court can be divided in two by a drop down screen, which helps separate or combine activities. Volleyball and basketball are the primary activities available in this space.

The Mashouf Wellness Center Natatorium houses a heated 6-lane, 25 ft. pool, heated activity pool, and fully equipped locker rooms for rent, dependent on the internal Campus Recreation schedule. Long-term rental of the Natatorium are not permitted.
The Mashouf Wellness Center has a total of three fitness studios. These studios can be used for a variety of fitness classes, such as yoga, kickboxing, cycle and more!

The Mashouf Wellness Center offers two Racquetball Courts for participant use. One of these courts can be converted for squash.
